You can do a secure payment by using Debit card or Credit card on our website.

Unfortunately no, you can pay by using only debit or credit card. But if in case you want to use your promo code/gift code (if applicable) for your purchase, simply enter the code and it will be applied automatically on the total cart value, thereafter the remaining value (if any) can be paid by debit or credit card to complete the transaction. We are continuously working to make more payment options available.

If you would like to get an exchange or a refund, you can lodge a request by heading to the return center.

Usually orders should be received within 5 days of dispatch. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, logistics are taking more time. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact us at support@fanacci.com.

After your order is dispatched, you will likely receive a tracking number which will allow you to track the consignment. You can also find it under orders in your account.

If you did not receive or cannot find your tracking number, please email us on support@fanacci.com.
