We offer standard free shipping on most within the United Kingdom, The United States, The European Union and the United Arab Emitares.
International Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom.
Currently, we only offer international shipping to some countries in Europe (including Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania and Sweden) and the United States.

Customs Duties and Taxes.
UK: Local shipping inclusive of all taxes
EU: We offer shipping with Develivery Duties Paid (DDP) to the following countries: Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mata, Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland.
Other European Countries: For other European countries not mentioned above, we will ship the products Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU).
The United States: For the US, the orders will be shipped Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU). However, orders below $800 are not subject to taxes.
Rest of the World: We will ship the order with Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU).
FANACCI UK Ltd is not responsible for any other charges or for the behavior of the tax/customs authorities. It will be your responsibility as a customer to liaise with the courier service and/or custom authority.
For International customers, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FANACCI UK Ltd is not responsible for any other charges or for the behavior of the tax/customs authorities. Should you reject the shipment after it reaches your destination country, it will be returned to us; and all the charges (including deducting the initial shipping, return shipping fees, a $10 handling fee, and any related expenses or penalties.)
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fanacci.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Responsibility and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your package’s progress to ensure it arrives safely.

Please note that FANACCI is not liable for any errors, delays, or issues caused by the courier. If you encounter any problems with delivery, we encourage you to contact the courier directly to resolve the matter.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Refer to return policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, with all hang tags still attached and we will refund the full order amount minus Fees below:
UK customers: an administrative fee for return handling of £3.50
For non-UK based customers: A return fee between $10-$35 dollar will be charged depending on the product being sent back. (i.e. bigger products will bare higher cost)
Order Damage/Faulty
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fanacci.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
